Next comes Sunday...

See the tall Scottish guy on the left with the cloth diaper over his shoulder?  That's my hubby.  Isn't he cute with his baby gear?  

OK... Sunday morning was an amazing time!  Our Pastor from our home church preached and I had the privilege of translating.  Wow!    You can see the Miskito Pastor, Alex, on the right.   He was so gracious to the group and so willing to share his little congregation with Pastor Phil.

The children were good listeners and participants and 2 young ladies from the House of Hope accepted Jesus Christ as their Savior for the first time.  What a joy to give these 2 a special bilingual Bible sent from our friends, Bill & Melanie, in Texas!  

The music was wonderful - with 3 gringo men sharing songs and laughs with the group.  

Isn't this a sweet picture of praising the Lord - young women from the US who had traveled far and young women from La Moskitia joining in praise!

This day wasn't over after church...  more to come about Sunday!
